WHAT HAPPENS AT A CREW MEETING?
You’ve probably seen CREWS meeting and not even realized it. A CREW looks like friends at lunch, teams playing basketball, or people studying a book of the Bible or topic of interest. At its core, a CREW is a small gathering of people, and it is less about what you do and more about who you do it with. By participating in CREWS, you can expect to create the kinds of friendships that will help you walk in everything God has for your life.
HOW OFTEN DOES A CREW MEET?
Our CREWS meet for four quarters a year—winter, spring, summer, and fall. During the quarter, most groups meet once a week. CREWS are meant to bring meaning and community into the flow of your life, so even if you can’t attend every meeting, there is still great value in joining a Crew.
WHERE DO CREWS MEET?
CREWS meet at locations all throughout the Inland Empire.
HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL CREW STAY TOGETHER?
Most CREWS meet for a quarter. This way, new people can join Crews easily and regularly. Also, the quarter format allows you to try multiple Crews each year. As relationships form, some Crews choose to stay together for consecutive quarters, but new members are always welcome.
IS THERE CHILDCARE AVAILABLE?
Childcare varies from Crew to Crew. When you search our directory for a Crew, the Crew profile will indicate if childcare is available.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE FIRST CREW I TRY?
The truth is, not everyone will find the best fit with the first Crew they try. This is why we encourage you to select a few Crews that interest you, contact the leaders and try out a couple of different Crews before choosing the best one for you. The simple strategy for finding success in Crews is not to give up. We believe there is a Crew that is right for everyone—including you!
