ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Administrative Executive is a key leadership role that directly supports the Executive Team in carrying out the vision and mission of Citizens Church. This individual will oversee the administrative functions of the Executive Team, ensuring efficiency, organization, and execution. They will also lead teams to coordinate church-wide events and help execute Sunday mornings efficiently, playing a vital role in helping people engage with the church and take their next step in their faith journey.


 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Team & Administrative Support

  • Manage the administrative needs of the Executive Team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Pastor Chris and Tatum, overseeing schedules and managing communication.
  • Lead and oversee team administrators, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Oversee office communications and correspondence.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and support various volunteer teams within the cTeam structure of Citizens Church, while guarding and maintaining team culture.

Special Events Coordination

  • Work with teams to plan and oversee key events, ensuring smooth logistics, team coordination, and execution.
  • Develop event plans, including timelines, budgets, marketing strategies, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, social media content, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of event details to church members and the broader community.
  • Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to serve effectively at each event.
  • Work with staff and departments to ensure event coordination across all ministries.

  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Capacity to identify, develop, and lead key volunteer leaders.

 

TIME COMMITMENT & COMPENSATION:

  • Part-time: 25-30 hours per week
  • Compensation Range: $19-21/hr
