PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Administrative Executive is a key leadership role that directly supports the Executive Team in carrying out the vision and mission of Citizens Church. This individual will oversee the administrative functions of the Executive Team, ensuring efficiency, organization, and execution. They will also lead teams to coordinate church-wide events and help execute Sunday mornings efficiently, playing a vital role in helping people engage with the church and take their next step in their faith journey.


 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Team & Administrative Support

  • Manage the administrative needs of the Executive Team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Pastor Chris and Tatum, overseeing schedules and managing communication.
  • Lead and oversee team administrators, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Oversee office communications and correspondence.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and support various volunteer teams within the cTeam structure of Citizens Church, while guarding and maintaining team culture.

Special Events Coordination

  • Work with teams to plan and oversee key events, ensuring smooth logistics, team coordination, and execution.
  • Develop event plans, including timelines, budgets, marketing strategies, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, social media content, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of event details to church members and the broader community.
  • Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to serve effectively at each event.
  • Work with staff and departments to ensure event coordination across all ministries.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Capacity to identify, develop, and lead key volunteer leaders.

 

TIME COMMITMENT & COMPENSATION:

  • Part-time: 25-30 hours per week
  • Compensation Range: $19-21/hr
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting pastor Chris & Tatum with the week-to-week operations and ministry of Citizens Church while providing leadership, oversight, and coordination within the Citizens Students department.


 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Students

  • Lead Citizens Students by providing vision and direction and helping students become planted and thriving in the local church.
  • To continually develop the Citizens Students Ministries – Through assessing, research, goal setting and implementing. To be responsible of ongoing assessment of the Citizens Students and the implementation of new procedures as needed.
  • Design, develop, clarify, implement, and regularly communicate the vision, mission, and strategy for Citizens Students.
  • Lead efforts and build teams to recruit, train, and release leaders within the student leadership Structure.
  • To directly oversee all Student ministry leaders, volunteers and teams – Communication, development, training, appreciation, scheduling and meetings.
  • To identify and raise up leaders within Citizens Students.
  • Spend time evaluating and developing each Student Crew Leader and identify next steps for them and their Crew through weekly meetings and visits.
  • Communication with student ministry leaders on a weekly basis. Assessing “highs”, “lows” and needs for each Crew leader and their group.
  • Preparation, organization and implementation of all aspects regarding students during weekend services, Midweek meeting and special events.
  • Weekly communication with Pastor Chris and other departments on behalf of the Citizens Students team for all efforts and activities within Citizens Students.

General

  • Help to assist Pastor Chris in the growing demands of Citizens Church.
  • Assisting in various aspects of weekend services and special events.
    • Examples would include – Announcements, lead meetings, set up, tear down and general oversight to help ensure that Citizens vision is being lived out though our services.
  • Helping to grow the effectiveness of the ministry at Citizens Church by assessing our efforts in light of our vision. Having an eye for growth and effectiveness in all areas.
