God is changing lives every week at Citizens Church and behind every story of a changed life is our amazing volunteer team.
Whether it’s helping guests find a great parking spot, holding an infant, operating stage lights or anything in between, our cTEAMS are having tons of fun and watching God work through their lives to make a difference. Without our cTEAMS, we would not be able to do what we do.
Our cTeams are filled with people doing what they love, with who they love, for the one they love. We invite you to jump in and get involved with what God is doing through Citizens Church, you’ll be glad you did!

During the shadow process, you’ll get the chance to meet some fellow team members, be trained by one of our coaches, and decide if it really is the team for you. If not, no problem, you can shadow with as many teams as you’d like until you find the perfect fit!

Once our services are over there’s an amazing team of people who help put everything away and get us ready for the next weekend.

This team is fun and rewarding for friendly people who enjoy being outdoors and helping others.

This team ensures that everyone on campus remains safe throughout our services and provides a comforting presence.
/// HOST ////////
Welcoming people and creating a worship experience that is distraction-free and focused on the gospel are essential elements of every weekend service. Responsibilities range from welcoming guests at the door and helping with seating, to taking offering and minimizing distractions.

We go above and beyond welcoming visitors to our church as our VIPs. The VIP Team goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure our visitors are honored. If you enjoy going out of your way to ensure guests feel welcome, this is the team for you!

Help people get connected to Citizens by assisting them in finding out more about us and the resources we have to offer them.

The Refresh Team extends a personal touch by preparing and providing refreshments for everyone.

This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. They also pray with new believers and others who seek prayer at the end of each service.

Welcome first-time guests with children and help them get checked in to our amazing children’s program.

If you are passionate about seeing future generations experience life change through Christ, then Citizens Kids is just the place for you! Roles in K-5th range from behind-the-scenes opportunities to interacting directly with children and teaching them about Jesus.

This Team gets to be a part of pouring into these young kids through their interactive Bible lesson, worship, and small group activities. We get the opportunity to lock arms with their parents in helping them know and love God from their earliest years.

Working with this age group gives you the opportunity to lock arms with parents in helping to see this generation come to know and love God from their earliest days.

At Citizens, we believe fighting for the next generation is one of the most important things we can do. This is the place for anyone who has a passion for reaching 6-12th graders.

If you like the thought of having hands-on responsibilities and noticing the details, Production is what you’re looking for. The Production Team members help create a smooth-running worship experience. They are involved in every aspect of delivering worship and the message, like sound, lighting and projection.
