• WHY INTERN?

The Citizens Church Internship is an opportunity for you to join our team, serve in our church, and use your skills. In turn, we will develop those skills, develop you as a person, and pour into you spiritually. We want to help you develop your existing gifts while you use those gifts to further our church for the glory of God!

  • HOW LONG IS THE INTERNSHIP?

Our Summer Internship is June 6th- July 21st.

  • IS THIS A PAID INTERNSHIP?

The Citizens Church Internship is not a paid internship.

  • DOES CITIZENS PROVIDE HOUSING?

If you are coming from out of town and have no place to stay, just let us know and we will work to accommodate you.

  • WHAT IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL APPLICANT?

Each applicant is responsible for ensuring their work eligibility in the USA. Documentation of the proper work VISA will be required prior to acceptance into the internship program.

  • TRANSPORTATION?

It is highly recommended that interns have a vehicle. Redlands does not have a well established public transportation system and your position may require you to run errands.

  • WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

We will have two available tracks for interns to be a part of this summer.

Track A: If you have the summer free and are ready to commit to a 5-day part-time work schedule this is the track for you! (Around 30 hours)

Track B: If you have a full or part-time job and still want to be a part of this Internship. We are willing to work with your schedule and help you get ministry experience. (10-20 hours)

  • WILL I BUILD COMMUNITY?

We are a community on a mission and believe that the best way to build community is by doing life together. Over the course of this program, you will be surrounded by, and working alongside great people. All interns will also be a part of our internship C-Group, a weekly bible study focused on leadership. This is a great opportunity to connect with the interns from other departments and grow.

  • EVENTS?

All church wide events are mandatory and are considered “all hands on deck.” This includes before, during, and after an event.
