• WHY INTERN?

    The Citizens Church Internship is an opportunity for you to join our team, serve in our church, and use your skills. In turn, we will develop those skills, develop you as a person, and pour into you spiritually. We want to help you develop your existing gifts while you use those gifts to further our church for the glory of God!

  • HOW LONG IS THE INTERNSHIP?

    Our Summer Internship is currently being planned for early June-mid August. Exact dates will be available soon.

  • IS THIS A PAID INTERNSHIP?

    The Citizens Church Internship is not a paid internship.

  • DOES CITIZENS PROVIDE HOUSING?

    We do not provide intern housing. It is up to each individual to find their own housing.

  • WHAT IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL APPLICANT?

    Each applicant is responsible for ensuring their work eligibility in the USA. Documentation of the proper work VISA will be required prior to acceptance into the internship program.

  • TRANSPORTATION?

    It is highly recommended that interns have a vehicle. Redlands does not have a well established public transportation system and your position may require you to run errands.

  • WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

    Interns will work 8+ hours Tuesday-Friday and 8+ hours on Sunday. Evening events, activities, and meetings where you are required are likely.

  • GROUP TIME?

    Our internships will meet as a group and grow together once a week. The rest of your weekly hours at the church will primarily be spent working in your department.

  • EVENTS?

    All church wide events are mandatory and are considered “all hands on deck.” This includes before, during, and after an event.
